31 Weeks & 3 Days

Today I am 31 weeks & 3 days pregnant. I only have 59 days to go. That’s less than 9 weeks. Today I received the baby shower invitations in the mail. My mom is putting one on for Justin and I; she just needed help with invitations. I already have my portion addressed, stuffed, and sealed. I am excited about the party. I am excited for people to celebrate the coming of our son with us.

I am feeling pretty good. I am a bit more tired than usual. I take advantage of the fact that I can sleep in. These days Justin and I spend our time playing video games, watching Grey’s Anatomy together, going to bed late and sleeping in. I am taking advantage of this now, because soon enough we won’t have this freedom. I haven’t been eating a whole lot lately. I have found myself eating smaller meals, but more often each day.

Justin went back to work today after being off for 4 days in a row. I miss him. It was nice spending so much time with him. He makes me laugh like no one else can. On Saturday we went to the Picture People and had our picture taken together. They took so many good ones and I wanted all of them, but the coupon only let us choose one pose. I will figure out a way that I can scan it and let you all see it. It really turned out great. My mom said she had this really good feeling come over her when she saw it. So she liked it!

On Wednesday we have a doctor’s appointment. I have to bring up some less than pleasant pregnancy symptoms. I just hope that the doc can get my issues fixed. Only 9 more weeks to deal with an aching back, stomach, and ribs and I will be in the clear, holding our precious baby boy.
